Frore Systems has introduced its bespoke LiquidJet Diamond liquid-cooling coldplate series. The new coldplates feature a diamond-coated surface with a multi-stage 3D short-loop jet-channel design intended to target precise hotspots on next-generation AI accelerators.

According to the company, the coldplates manage hotspot power densities up to 770 W/cm². They claim the solution reduces GPU temperatures by up to 22 °C compared with conventional coldplates and increases AI token throughput efficiency by as much as 35%. Unlike the earlier Nexus model, LiquidJet Diamond is an individual GPU coldplate.

Key facts

  • Power densities up to 770 W/cm²
